Proof of status of conservation officer
34A document in writing signed by the Minister stating that the person named in the document has been appointed as a conservation officer shall, without proof of the appointment, authority or signature of the Minister, be accepted by all courts as conclusive proof that the person in possession of the document, on proof that his or her name is the same as the person named in it, is a conservation officer.
